CarmEli Catering is a fully licensed Melbourne caterer specializing in gourmet finger food, canapés, tapas & beverage catering, established in 2012 under the name CarmEli Old Fashion Cooking as a "chef to your door" service.
CarmEli is made of a combination of my grandparents' names, Carmela and Eli. My passion for food and the inspiration behind CarmEli Catering has grown while spending much of my childhood with both.
Our logo was created in 2013 using the original photo of my grandparent's wedding 🥰 and represents our values and beliefs.
